Combined high and low impact. There are two ways to combine it: low impact segments are placed.

After the warm-up, followed by high impact moves and back to low impact before cool down.

Recommended for intermediate clients.
 
Pep Step
Vigorous routine of stepping up & down the bench. Considered as high intensity but low impact.

It strengthens the legs & burns body fat. It fortifies the heart & lungs. Increasing the height of the bench & using propulsion moves increases intensity.
 
High Performance Pep Step
More intense step routine, recommended for the advance clients.
 
Pep Step Made EZ
Routine of stepping up & down the bench. Recommended for Beginners.Belly dancing

Combination of exotic dances with hip movements that focuses on the abs.
 
Keeping it Limber
Stretching exercises which uses light weights for sculpting with a combination of floor exercises.

Hip-Hop
It’s all about “FUN” and dance put together. A combination of Funk, breakdance, Popping Strut and gymnastics, blended into the sounds of Pop, Rap and RNB. All the latest music are danced to HIP-HOP.
 
Street Jazz
A fun, contemporary expression of Modern Jazz. It combines Ballet and jazz with a touch of Funk and Gymnastics.
 
Kickboxing
A combination of martial arts and boxing. Composed of power moves (low/high impact) to challenge your physical strength, endurance and coordination.
 
Hi-Low
A combination of high and low impact movements for all levels of participation. Low impact variation will be offered.
 
Cardio Funk
A high energy dance aerobic routine combined with current hip- hop and power funk moves which will groove to tone and reshape your body.
 
Aero-Jam
A new generation of fitness class that unlocks your rhythmic and dancing instincts. This workout blends the oldies and latest dance moves to the sound of Hip-hop, Funk, Latin and oldies music.
 
First Step
Achallenging combination of basics moves, propulsion moves, to a powerful and high intensity cardio workout with the use of a platform or step.
